Directors Ron and Neil Carson bought the Johnson Property Maintenance company in 2005 to work alongside the existing business of RJC.
JPM had an existing client base of commercial and domestic clients as well as an established upholstery division and the company has gone from strength to strength since the purchase of these Builders in Stirling & property maintenance company.
The origin of RJC goes back to 1968 when director Ronnie Carson formed the company of RJC ltd with the aim of creating a local building company that would provide good quality workman ship and personal customer service.
The company is managed by Ronnie, and his son Neil has been with the company for 25 years and works alongside his father in all aspects of the business. Many of the staff employed served their apprenticeships with the company and chose to remain in full time employment after completion of their training. Both companies work out of Piperland in Gargunnock and have been based there some 35 years. RJC have built up a large customer base almost entirely from word of mouth referrals from satisfied customers for whom the company have carried out property maintenance and other works. We work closely with local architects and have built up a good working relationship with divisions within local government involved in the construction industry.
Both companies have gelled well and compliment each other in the provision of offering a vast range of property maintenance services with the highest standard of workmanship.
